Apple is now reportedly planning to announce the AirPods Pro 2nd-generation alongside new beautiful colorways for its high-end AirPods Max this fall.
According to the latest edition of his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman writes that the AirPods Pro 2nd-generation is expected to feature major and notable new design changes, sound quality enhancements, and possibly some health integration.
Gurman corroborates the previous report from Ming-Chi Kuo, as AirPods Pro hasn’t been updated since its launch in 2019, it is currently strongly speculated that Apple will unveil the AirPods Pro 2nd-generation in the second half of this year with major hardware and software improvements.
When it comes to the AirPods Max launched in December 2020, Apple is currently not working on the development of the second-generation model. Instead, the company will reveal beautiful new colorways to complement your immersive audio listening experience.
