How to Rearrange and Remove Home Screen Pages on iPhone With iOS 15?

With the release of iOS 14 in WWDC 2020 last year, Apple introduced the feature to allow users to disable the specific Home Screen pages but those apps that were on the page would remain unchanged in an organized way in the App Library.

On iOS 14, users were neither able to rearrange the Home Screen pages respectively nor remove an entire page rather than only disabling it. But with the iOS 15, both of the functionalities can be accessible. And here’s how it actually works.

How to Rearrange Home Screen Pages on iPhone With iOS 15?
  1. Press and Hold on to the Home Screen until entering into jiggle mode.
  2. Tap on the row of dots that performs to show the all Home Screen pages of the iPhone.
  3. When the Home Screen grid becomes visible, press and drag the page that wants to rearrange in relation to the other pages, The other pages will automatically adjust accordingly to the rearrangement.
  4. After the rearrangement will complete, tap on the “Done” button that appears at the top-right corner of the screen, and again tap on the same “Done” button to exit from jiggle mode.
How to Remove Home Screen Page on iPhone With iOS 15?
  1. Press and hold on to the Home Screen until entering into jiggle mode.
  2. Tap on the row of dots that performs to show the all Home Screen pages of the iPhone.
  3. When the Home Screen grid becomes visible, tap tick on the page that wants to delete.
  4. Tap on the minus (-) icon that appears at the top-left corner of that particular page.
  5. When the deletion process will complete, tap on the Done button that appears at the top-right corner of the screen, and again tap on the same “Done” button to exit from jiggle mode.

When the selected page has been removed accordingly to users’ arrangement, the apps that were on the page will not be removed, and rather remain in the App Library in an organized way. If a user wants any app to back on the Home Screen, it can simply possible by drag it out of the App Library.

At this year’s Worldwide Developer Conference, Along with the iOS 15, Apple also released new OS software versions, including iPadOS 15, macOS Monterey, watchOS 8, and tvOS 15.

Currently, these new software versions for Apple devices are only available for developer beta users and the official stable versions will release in September while the announcement of the upcoming new iPhone 13 lineup.
