Along with this, Apple also announced the brand new entirely-reimagined entry-level iPad, which comes with a bigger and brighter display, a Landscape-oriented TrueDepth camera, and so much more.
The new iPad Pro models have an exactly overall identical design to predecessors with major internal upgrades such as extraordinary display recognization and best-in-class videography.
The same greatest enclosure
The M2 iPad Pro comes in a beloved and all-time incredibly premium 11-inch form factor and features a Liquid Retina XDR display on a 12.9-inch profile, delivering in detail with a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
It provides a truly incredible experience of viewing and editing photos and videos with taking an advantage of 1000 nits of full-screen brightness and 1600 of peak brightness for HDR content alongside ProMotion, P3 wide color, and True Tone.
There are 10,000 custom-designed mini-LEDs are 120 times smaller than their predecessors to fit the M2 iPad Pro in an incredibly thin design, just 6.4mm thin and to achieve extremely high brightness.
This year, Apple again limited these some of the very few immensely capable display technologies exclusively to the 12.9-inch model, however, 11-inch is in a class of its own for Pro portability with next-level gorgeousness, ultralow reflectivity, and stunning and fully responsive in-hand feel.
Even deeper captures
The M2 iPad Pro is now a complete Pro mobile video studio with the support of ProRes videography complemented by a 12MP primary wide-angle lens and 10MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
LiDAR scanner helps you to measure “how long it takes light to reflect back from objects” in order to create an in-depth map in any space, which unlocks immersive, powerful, and more accurate AR experiences even in low light conditions.
Blazing-fast power and performance
The new iPad Pros are now powered by the next generation of Apple Silicon — M2 chip, which brings astonishing performance with an 8‑core CPU that delivers up to 15% faster performance and a 10‑core GPU that provides up to 35% faster graphics performance.
So, from creating photorealistic 3D designs, and building high-quality AR models to playing incredibly graphics-intensive games at high frame rates, all run faster than ever with taking an advantage of all-day battery life on both M2 iPad Pro models.
With the amazing power of M2, you can now shoot and edit a ProRes video project up to 3x faster than before while there are five studio-quality mics and a four-speaker audio system featuring Dolby Atmos support to deliver theater-quality sound.
Using the latest and fastest wireless network technologies including 5G and Wi-Fi 6E, you can superfast download large video files, and transfer photos, videos, and documents.
Versatile accessories integration
The M2 iPad Pro takes your workflow and creativity to the next level with seamless integration with Pro versatile accessories, including Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, and Smart Keyboard Folio.
Now, anytime you hover the Apple Pencil (2nd-generation) over the display, “electromagnetic signals emitted from the tip are detected by the screen up to 12 mm away. M2 instantly interprets those signals and determines the position of the Apple Pencil in three dimensions.”
The floating cantilever-designed Magic Keyboard provides an all-time greatest typing and navigation experience through 1mm key travel and an industry-leading Trackpad in white and black colorways without any charging required.
The 11-inch model is priced at $799 for the base 128GB storage Wi-Fi model while a 12.9-inch M2 iPad Pro costs $1099 for the same configurations. Alongside, the cellular options are also available at $999 and $1299 respectively.
