Apple’s video streaming service is now officially globally premiering the new “Pinecone & Pony” animated series after several days of releasing the teaser.
The all-new series is an eight-episode animated comedy for kids and families about a young girl named Pinecone who, with the help of her best friend Pony, is learning that there’s more than one way to be a warrior, Apple describes.
Kate Beaton's beloved book comes to life in this animated series. As a warrior in training, Pinecone fears no challenge. Thankfully, Pony always makes sure Pincecone never gets in over her head. Together they learn life can be a fun-filled adventure.
“Pinecone & Pony” is produced by DreamWorks Animation and First Generation Films and features the voice talents of Maria Nash, Chase Dillon, Rachel House, Thom Allison, Viola Abley, Alicia Richardson, and Andy Hull.
The kids-focused series is executive produced by Kate Beaton, Christina Piovesan, Mackenzie Lush, and Stephanie Kaliner.
“Pinecone & Pony” is now available to watch on Apple’s video streaming service in the TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, eligible PlayStation, Xbox gaming consoles, and smart TVs.
