Sir David Attenborough Joined “Prehistoric Planet” London Premiere

On Wednesday, May 18, Apple TV hosted the London premiere of the new epic natural history event series “Prehistoric Planet” joined by Sir David Attenborough.

Along with Sir David Attenborough, the series producer Tim Walker, lead scientific consultant Dr. Darren Naish, and executive producers Jon Favreau and Mike Gunto also attend the premiere at the BFI IMAX in London.

"I am delighted to have worked on this series which brings the last great dinosaur era to life in astonishing detail,” said Attenborough. “Dinosaurs have held a lifelong fascination for me and I hope when watching this series families will be completely immersed in the magic and wonder of this world and that it sparks an equal fascination in them."

The new “Prehistoric Planet” documentary includes an immersive experience of ancient Earth, eye-catching parenting techniques of Tyrannosaurus rex, “the mysterious depths of the oceans, and the deadly dangers in the sky.”

The epic series will transport viewers 66 million years in the past to discover the world of dinosaurs with the stunning detail, which will globally debut exclusively on Apple TV+ on Monday, May 23 with the first episode, one new episode will release every Friday a week by May 27.

The London premiere for the new “Prehistoric Planet” has been hosted by the company just a few days after celebrating the global premiere in Los Angles.
