Today, Apple subsidiary BeatsbyDre introduced the special edition Powerbeats Pro for the special celebration of NBA’s 75th anniversary.
The all-new beautiful colorways of the special edition Powerbeats Pro are designed in collaboration with Canadian-based brand and retailer Better, featuring the classic NBA logo with color-matched red and blue ear tips.
The fitness-focused Beats wireless earphones were originally introduced in May 2019, which was the company’s first totally wireless earphones and as there are now three years have surpassed, it is still positioned as the popular option at some point, especially for activists.
Key features of Powerbeats Pro are ear hooks for a perfect fit, the H1 chip for “Hey Siri” support (as on AirPods), up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge, IPX4-rated sweat and water resistance, and Lightning to USB-A cable for the charging case.
However, it will also be a worthy purchase if you’re considering one of its expanded lineup that includes Beats Studio Buds and/or Beats Fit Pro.
The special edition Powerbeats Pro will be available starting Wednesday, February 19 at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT at $249 in the United States from the Beats official website, while the earphones in the existing black, navy, or ivory colors can be purchased at $179.
