Today, Apple has provided an easy process to address an issue considering complaints have been received from customers about the Studio Display’s speaker issues.
Apple considers the customers of Apple’s newest Studio Display who experiencing speaker-related issues, including unexpected cutting sound, inaccurate audio quality, and choppy playback.
In an internal memo delivered to Authorized service providers (obtained by MacRumors), Apple acknowledges a problem and says customers should first unplug the Studio Display from power and remove all connected accessories and devices, then wait for ten seconds and reconnect the Studio Dsiaplay to power.
According to Apple, this issue should be fixed by applying this easy process as they are not considering a hardware problem and it may be completely addressed in future iOS updates.
Since Apple’s $1599 5K external display is arriving to consumers, several users have been also experiencing issues with its microphone as well as its 12MP built-in camera with Center Stage.
