Today, the American microblogging social networking platform Twitter has officially confirmed that Twitter Spaces is now available to host for every Twitter user.
On October 21, Twitter Support has officially confirmed in a Tweet that “the option to host space is now rolling out for everyone on Android and iOS.” At launch, Twitter Spaces is only available to host for a user who had more than 600 followers on the account.
In November 2020, the company started the testing of Twitter Spaces in competition with a popular social audio platform “Clubhouse” and made it officially available for users from May 3, 2021.
Since Twitter Spaces has been released, Twitter has become the most influential platform of live audio rooms, and now, it is available for more people to take the best advantage of this useful feature.
So, starting today, literally, any Twitter user can start and host a Space to engage more people in their account to gain more followers and popularity. Earlier, the company also made considerable improvements in this feature, including the host can invite up to two co-hosts, allow ten people to speak, and anyone can join and listen to the Space.
Moreover, it has also included the facility to show tweets tweeted by the host and anyone in the Space and also can share a link of the Space directly from the share menu. Listeners can publicly react to a conversation using emojis rather than just listening by turning on captions.
Also, you can add a name and schedule to a live audio session, and exclusive for an Engish audience, the host can select topics for which he/she will be talking about during the Space.
