The Meta-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp is now started rolling out the new cover photos feature currently on iOS for its business platform.
According to the recent report from WABetaInfo, in the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS 18.104.22.168, the company is now allowing users to set cover photos to present their businesses in a new better way.
For clear evidence, the publication also shared the screenshot of the new feature, to enhance your business profile, you just need to tap on “Tap to add now” (or within their business profile). You can set a new large landscape photo in 1211 x 681 dimensions.
A cover photo will appear every time when a user visits your business info, which is currently limited to accessible for iOS beta testers on the Business platform and the company is not planning to release the new feature for standard accounts, meaning, it will remain exclusive to WhatsApp Business.
WhatsApp will be started rolling out the new cover photos feature to more users, including on Android within a few days or weeks and will be officially available in future updates.
