The Meta-owned most used instant messaging platform is now working on the development of the new “App Language” Feature for Android users.
According to the recent report from WABetaInfo, in the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 126.96.36.199, the company is now developing a new feature that allows you to manually select the language of the app.
For clear evidence, the publication also shared a screenshot of the new feature. In the WhatsApp settings, you may see a new option called “App Language,” when you tap on it, it will present you with supported languages from the application.
A very similar feature is currently available to users in a limited number of countries, including India but in future updates, it will be available for everyone on Android and iOS.
But as several upcoming new features on the app, the new “App Language” feature is currently under development will be accessible to a few beta testers soon.
Moreover, the instant messaging platform today also started rolling out its most-awaited “Message Reactions” feature to a certain number of beta testers.
