WhatsApp Now Allows to Manage ‘Privacy Settings’ Within Web

The Meta-owned world’s most-used instant messaging platform now allows users to access and manage ‘Privacy Settings’ on WhatsApp for the web version.

On Saturday, November 20, a reliable WhatsApp features publication WABetaInfo was first spotted the new feature, by releasing a new WhatsApp Desktop beta 2.2146.5 update, the company added one of the most demanded features – Privacy (Settings).

With this useful “Privacy Settings” feature on WhatsApp for the web, users can now manage Last seen, Profile photo, About, Read receipts, Groups, Blocked contacts, which was previously only possible to access on WhatsApp for Android and iOS.

WABetaInfo also notes the new feature is currently available for limited WhatsApp web users and fortunately, we are glad to tell you that we are also received the new “Privacy Settings” section through the latest update.

In our usability, the new feature provides a more convenient experience when you don’t want to switch from desktop to your phone to just manage WhatsApp Privacy.

But if you still don’t get this update, you will receive it very soon on WhatsApp for web on both PC and Mac.
