Google Doodle Celebrates Mother’s Day 2022

Today, Doodle for Google is celebrating Mother’s Day 2022, honoring maternal bonds, especially motherhood as well as the influence society of mothers.

Mother’s Day 2022 is globally celebrated by people across almost all countries and regions with a number of related stories to mark the importance of mothers’ love.

When we look at the history of the United States, the first holiday for the memorial day was celebrated in 1907, when Anna Jarvis held the first Mother’s Day service of worship at Andrews Methodist Episcopal Church in Grafton, West Virginia.

“A mother is someone who without thinking about her own interests nurtures her child’s interests. She is the one who will do everything to keep alive her children’s dreams. She will stand behind and protect her child in all the circumstances.”

The new special “Mother’s Day 2022” Doodle artwork is now displayed on the homepage of Google in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Ghana, India, South Africa, Finland, and more.
