On Friday, 3rd December, Finland-based telecommunications and consumer electronics company officially opens its multifunctional venue — Nokia Arena.
Last month, on Friday, November 19, Nokia and Tampere Deck Arena completed its 5 years of naming rights partnership and it had been concluded that Europe’s multifunctional sports, entertainment, and business venue will now be known as “Nokia Arena.”
And the previous day, Nokia announced in a tweet to officially open its doors and welcome first visitors at Nokia’s most popular venue.

A rebuilt venue with a new naming constructed in the heart of Espoo city that is the hometown of Nokia in Finland. It has up to 15,000 seats where the company’s target is to invite more than a million visitors annually.
Last month, on a renaming day, Nokia Arena CEO Marko Hurme said, “This is an exciting time for the arena, and we are very proud to partner with such an iconic brand and technology leader like Nokia.“
Furthermore, Nokia also looking for bringing into the action of 5G implementation in Nokia Arena using its own latest technologies to provide engaging and faster network speeds as well as delivering a unique user experience.
