On Wednesday, November 24, Finland-based telecommunications company Nokia was announced to be selected as the winner of the Glotel Awards 2021.
The company said only because of two of its major projects – NetGuard XDR Security Operations software and Nokia Digital Assistant solution, two 2021 Glotel Awards now have been in hand to the Finnish multinational telecommunications corporation.

Earlier this year, Nokia commercially launched NetGuard XDR for 5G that delivers CSPs (communication service providers) and enterprises with stronger protections to quickly stop threats before they succeed as well as machine learning and automation functions are utilized to properly manage incidents and quickly respond to neutralize threats.
The company said this useful technology will also be available in a new Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the first quarter of the next year.
On the other hand, Nokia Digital Assistant was introduced last year with including advanced features to help network engineers precisely optimize and manage real-time networks by delivering direct access to live network data with AI and automated machine learning capabilities, which helps Nokia consumers to see what is happening in the real-time network and instantly address issues.
The Glotel Awards 2021 given to Nokia is sponsored by Informa Tech and telecoms.com, which are B2B (Business to Business) information providers in the Information and Communications Technology sector.
