Samsung Galaxy A13 officially launched in South Korea

On Friday, July 22, the South Korean tech giant officially launched the new budget-centric Samsung Galaxy A13 for consumers in South Korea.

The new affordable Galaxy A13 4G LTE model variant makes its debut in the company’s hometown after several months of the official announcement on March 5, 2022.

Samsung Galaxy A13 – Features and specifications

The budget Galaxy phone features a minimal design wrapped in a glossy finish and a 6.6-inch infinity-V display with 1080 x 2408 pixel resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio alongside featuring Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The smartphone has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary wide-angle lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP Macro Camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is an 8MP wide-angle front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

Samsung Galaxy A13 4G is powered by Exynos 850 octa-core processor and running on Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. When it comes to connectivity, there is Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, dual nano-SIM, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It is packed with a 5000 mAh battery capacity while suppprts 25W fast charging, and weighs 195 grams, and is currently only available to purchase in awesome white and black color options.

Samsung Galaxy A13 is priced at KRW 297,000 and is currently only available with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage option. You can buy the new budget-friendly Galaxy phone from Samsung Korea online store.

It was first available for purchase in India and European countries and in April, it was officially launched in the United States.
