Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: Highly-Anticipated Note-Worthy Flagship Now Officially Unveiled

The South Korean tech giant has now officially unveiled the new Note-worthy smartphone lineup, Galaxy S22, S22+, and high-end flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy Note seems dead. In today’s Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event, the all-time classic design of the Galaxy Note series is now merging with the newly unveiled latest Galaxy S22 Ultra with the exclusive S-Pen for the first time in the S-series.

New Merge Design

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is an entire reborn Galaxy Note, which seems really identical design to the existing Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Not just feature the S Pen support first time but a stylus that’s built into the phone itself with a dedicated slot at the bottom.

The company has also confirmed that the S Pen has 70% lower latency on its latest flagship Android device as compared to the Galaxy S21 Ultra with its add-on S Pen.

Classic Curved Display

The new Samsung phone features a huge 6.8-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display panel with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and complete curved edges on a vertical side for more enhanced visibility of the sharp content and vibrant colors, and this year, the company features an unbelievable 1750 nits of peak brightness.

Stunning New Cameras

When it comes to photo and videography, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra features the new quad-camera setup that includes 108MP primary wide-angle lens, 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. And there’s also a 40MP front-facing camera.

This year, Samsung has introduced the new “Nightography” feature specifically to its latest flagship, which allows you to capture stunning, beautiful, and sharp pictures even in truly low-light conditions.

Internal Specifications

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by the newest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or Exynos 2200 (depending on the region), 8GB of RAM, and while 128GB internal storage for the base model, 256GB,512GB, and 1TB options retail with featuring 12GB of RAM.

The new phone is packed with a 5000 mAh battery capacity with 45W fast charging support, 15W wireless charging, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor as biometric security. It supports NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, and the best possible fastest 5G connectivity.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is out of the box running on the newest Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software and the company is committed to providing four years of major Android OS updates and five years of security patches.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will available for purchase in four gorgeous Phantom Black, Phantom White, Green, and Burgundy color finishes from Samsung.com, carriers, and other retailers. And Graphite, Red, and Sky Blue are exclusively available on Samsung’s online store.
