Samsung Mobile has now started rolling out the August security update 2022 to its flagship Samsung Galaxy S21 Series for the carrier-locked models in the US.
The August security update 2022 comes with addressing several privacy and security vulnerabilities as well as includes general bug fixes and performance improvements.
The firmware with the newest security patch for the carrier-locked Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra models is G99XUSQU5CVGB in the United States, reported by SamMobile.
So, if you’re a user of any model of the Galaxy S21 Series in the country, you can download the new update by heading over to Settings > Software update > (tap) Download and Install. Users across more countries will get the security patch within the next few days.
