Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ secures July security update 2022 in the US

Samsung Mobile has now started rolling out the July security update 2022 to its flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ in a limited number of countries.

The July security update 2022 includes fixes for a number of privacy and security vulnerabilities as well as contains general bug fixes and device performance enhancements.

The firmware with the July security update 2022 for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ is X808USQU2AVG9 for the Verizon carrier-locked models in the United States, reported by Sammy Fans.

So, if you’re an eligible Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ user in the country, you can download the new update by heading over to Settings > Software update > (tap) Download and Install. Users across more countries will get the security patch within the next few days.

Moreover, the South Korean tech giant has recently begun releasing the August update to its flagship Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 in the United States.
