Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Receives May Security Update 2022

Samsung Mobile has now started rolling out the latest May Security Update 2022 to its latest foldable flagship Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in a limited number of countries.

The May Security Update 2022 comes with fixing various security and privacy vulnerabilities as well as includes general bug fixes and device performance enhancements.

The firmware with the newest security patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is F926BXXS1CVD2 for users in Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Panama, and Peru, reported by SamMobile. The company released the same update to US citizens a week ago.

So, if you’re a Galaxy Z Fold 3 user in the above-mentioned countries, you can download the new update by heading over to Settings > Software update > (tap) Download and Install. Users across more countries will get the security patch within the next few days.

The South Korean tech giant has also recently begun releasing the same update to its flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Series a few regions.
