Apple Released iOS 16 Beta 2 – Here’s What’s New?

Today, Apple released iOS 16 Beta 2 and iPadOS 16 Beta 2 to developers with an aim for testing purposes several days after the first beta updates.

The new iOS 16 Beta 2 and iPadOS 16 Beta 2 updates come with a new build number 20A5303i. This is an over-the-air update and is available to download for eligible iPhone and iPad users across the world who installed the developer beta profile on their iPhones and iPads from Apple Developer Center.

It is currently recommended download on your secondary device as earlier beta software updates may have some bugs. During the testing of Apple’s all newest software platforms, Apple will release all-new features for iOS 16 and iPadOS 16.

In the second beta, there are a huge number of newly-added features, resolved issues as well as known issues and its workarounds, including for the App Store, Accessibility, AirPlay, App Tracking Transparency, iCloud, Mail, Maps, Home, and so much more.

There are only developer beta updates available to download as of now, while the public beta updates, which are stable updates in some ways, will be available starting in July.

Along with iOS 16 Beta 2 and iPadOS 16 Beta 2, Apple also released the second developer beta updates for macOS Ventura, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16. You can get more details on the official release notes.
