Samsung Galaxy S10 Series receives August security update 2022 in the US

Samsung Mobile has now started rolling out the August security update 2022 to its flagship Samsung Galaxy S10 Series in the United States.

The August security update 2022 comes with addressing several privacy and security vulnerabilities as well as includes general bug fixes and performance improvements.

The firmware with the newest security patch for the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ is G970USQU6IVH2 in the United States, reported by Sammy Fans.

So, if you’re a user of any model of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Series in the country, you can download the new update by heading over to Settings > Software update > (tap) Download and Install. Users across more countries will get the security patch within the next few days.

The South Korean tech giant has recently begun releasing the same update to its affordable Samsung Galaxy A12 Nacho in a few regions.
